ELECSA operates a number of self-certification schemes for contractors to notify that their work is compliant with the Building Regulations.  This saves the householder or property owner the time and costs involved of notifying their local buidling control themselves.  We certificate contractors working across the building services sector in electrical (Part P), heating & hot water, solid fuel and oil. 

For property owners looking to improve the energy efficiency of their properties or considering renewable technologies, ELECSA also operates the Microgeneration Certification (MCS) and Green Deal schemes.

We can also assist property owners meet their obligations with regards to fire safety systems.  Not only do we certificate contractors to install and maintain fire alarm and fire detection systems, but we can also assess and certificate businesses undertaking fire risk assessments.  These services are provided through our accreditation to offer BAFE schemes.
